The Keswick Convention attracts a small number of disruptive activists into the town each year. 

 Sadly, these campaigners believe that it is appropriate to operate on an ‘engage and enrage’ basis.  They have a provocative stand or sign which motivates people to remonstrate with them.  Their staff wear web cams and use logical fallacies (https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com) to engage people that disagree with them illogical and frustrating circular arguments based on their very specific beliefs.  They film objectors reacting negatively and then post it on their social media feeds.  If you object to their activity, the best way to counter it is to completely ignore them.  This frustrates their modus-operandi and makes their presence pointless.

 As these groups target the Keswick Convention, it remains the position of the Town Council that these groups should be invited into land owned by the Keswick Ministries, where they can be more easily supervised by the police, and do not impact local residents.
