ANNUAL KESWICK TOWN MEETING
THE ANNUAL MEETING OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTORS FOR THE TOWN OF KESWICK WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER, TOWN HALL, KESWICK ON THURSDAY 17th APRIL 2025 AT 6.00PM.
THE STATUTORY ANNUAL TOWN MEETING IS AN OCCASION FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO ASK QUESTIONS, MAKE COMMENTS AND RAISE ISSUES WITH THE TOWN COUNCIL.
THIS CAN BE DONE IN 2 WAYS:
- BY SUBMITTING A RESOLUTION TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE TOWN MEETING
WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE RESOLUTION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 12 NOON ON WEDNESDAY 16TH APRIL 2025. IF A RESOLUTION IS PASSED, THE TOWN COUNCIL IS OBLIGED TO CONSIDER THE MATTER AT A SUBSEQUENT MEETING
- BY PARTICIPATING AND SPEAKING AT THE TOWN MEETING
THE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
